Who runs a chase rack and tonneau cover?

What is the set up and how did you make it work?

I use to run my SDHQ rack with 2 spares and then when I would go on a vacation with little offroading I would take the spares out. Lay 1 spare flat and push it up kinda in the space between where the spares would stand vertical. Then put my bakflip mx4 tonneau cover on. The rack fit under the cover with no issues. I now have a softopper.
