I used to always carry a Swiss Army Knife, the American version with all the accouterments on it. I bought another last year, and, tried to clean a brookie with it, and it might as well been dull as stone. So, without taking out a second mortgage, what's a good, usable folding knife with a good quality blade?

Kershaw make really good blades. Zero Tolerance are my go to. https://zt.kaiusa.com/0350ts.html is my go to. The main difference between Kershaw’s standard and ZT series are the steel and for the folders, the lock mechanism is --MUCH-- stronger on the zt series. I prefer the partially serrated blade, still available online, because even when dull, serrated blades will still cut.
