At this point, Whipple seems like a half-ass operation and is just taking money and not giving solid shipping dates. Not very happy w/ that part of this process.

I don’t mind if they don’t ship out right away because my truck won’t be here until February but I’d at least like them to acknowledge that they got my money.

They probably are going to be a little back logged.


Don’t forget they are fulfilling other orders, keeping up with retailer supplies... etc.


A little patience goes a long way.

Granted... you bought the intro to truckin’ tune.... but it’s a step in the right direction. Before you know it you’ll have your Sargent stripes.

Todd, have you mentioned a second group buy to them? I barely missed this as I was in the 50's on the list, and when I recently spoke to Whipple, they did pull 4 from the extra's list. However, I had no luck in convincing him to honor the price for those of us that were not in the 45.

Completely agree. It's way too early to be ragging on Whipple here. Toadster is the one who approached them for a group buy, not the other way around. They accommodated us with a significant discount, including my bro who had a special request on his order. And I think the response was pretty much beyond everyone's expectations. On top of all this, they just rolled out the new Gen 3 rotor superchargers and Lethal Performance was running a huge Black Friday sale.

If you had ordered at full retail on your own prior to all this and they weren't communicating with you with 100% efficiency, I'd say you have a right to be pissed. But right now, patience is needed.

I'm excited to see the feedback once all these guys get their kits.
