If you ordered the color accent package, you'll get the orange trim.

I would to have blue with the orange accents interior in my opinion it would look great

I could be wrong, but I believe there is a couple exterior colors that the 60R interior color accent package is not available with.

I believe you are correct, blue and red if I remember correctly did not have the accent option.

Its a shame about the white interior though, i def would have selected that option. Still have fingers crossed that is somehow shows up
