Doesn't something seen odd in this picture about how the supercharger is with the wiring? Near the pulley?

Some are cleaned after offroading. Wiring looks right that is the main wire to alternator , but mine runs under the top radiator hose there is a plastic tang off fan shroud that the wire loom is attached to. Wire then runs directly across under hose . looks like same tang that radiator plastic clamp is attached to.
