Seems like the guy just needed to speak with someone at Whipple. Email is not a way for everyone to communicate and nice that everyone on the forum is sticking up for Whipple, but it seems that he had an issue and he was looking for some help, he seems to be on the right track. There should be customer support on a product that you spend this much on, bet we can all agree on that!
