Use real sticky grease to hold the o rings up on bottom of intake that go to each cylinder ,so they don't fall out when you are trying to set the intake manifold on.

I have larger heat exchanger like you have, but will be going back to smaller exchanger with my own fans at end of this month you won't have issues where you live, but in summer here in arizona i have hi coolant temp issues only at 80mph+ and 90+ degree air temp , Because it blocks so much airflow to radiator. I also just got my Ron Davis Radiator revamping my entire cooling system , new hoses ,thermostat, intercooler pump. I have one of the first few whipple kits released back in 2012 for 6.2 motor. 50,000 miles so far on whipple kit , no issues .

Also another consideration Your alternator will now be under the supercharger ,Going to be a pain to remove super charger if it goes out , not sure how many miles on your truck , i installed a new DC power 275 amp at same time as supercharger install.

Where did all that debris in the valley come from? Looks like tree needles and such.
What brand of headers?
Going with true dual exhaust?

Thanks man,
I'm glad you mentioned cooling, I was looking at the stock Rad which is only about 1" thick and wondered about the heat discipation with the added heat of a blower. on my mustang I had to swap the rad after adding a turbo. Where did you get your Radiator? I did some searching, not much for Gen1 6.2.... Thanks for the feedback :waytogo:

I believe they're American Racing, will double check the box on Monday. My tuner had them on the shelf.
I kind of like the side exit, dual slashed tip. not sure on rear exit yet.

On the debris, I think at some point my truck may have eaten a pine tree! :)

IMG_20170227_181902.jpg Ron Davis Racing Radiators , Glendale Arizona. Looks like a piece of art work, cant wait to get it installed very nice welding , he builds them per order, takes about a week to build if he doesn't have one on shelf. Direct fit no modifying anything. Its pricey comparing it to CBR or mishimoto a lot better quality . http://www.rondavisradiators.com/Ford-Raptor-Radiator.htm

My high temp are due air flow , ADD bumper and lights i have dont help either

The larger heat exchanger with fans is necessary! Larger CBR radiator is a bonus!!!
Make sure you have the tuner adjust the OEM radiator fans to jump on sooner (175 degree) and at 100%
Stock setup is set to jump on at 207-212 which is way too late and hot for what we need.
The problem is if the radiator fans are not adjusted to keep the engine cooler it doesn't matter what you do to improve air flow.
If the fans aren't running, not enough air will get through the radiator!

I also see high flow cats, are they Green cats?
If not your going to need rear O2 spacers if you need to pass state inspection.
