Whine Coming From Dash (video)

My Raptor is a 2013 and I have an interesting whine coming from the passenger side of my dash. It happens when I hit a decent size bump (or the truck gets decently jostled). It almost sounds like a belt squeal or something seizing. It usually goes away within about 10 seconds or until I completely turn off my climate control. Changing the airspeed doesn’t change anything.

I know it’s a shot in the dark but maybe someone can point me in the right direction

Blend door motor. Common failure on these trucks, plenty of info on it throughout the forum.

Welcome to the place. To me it sounds like the squirrel cage of the blower fan is rubbing on the housing.
Here's a quick video on how to take it out, I would take it out and inspect it and see if there is rubbing on the blower wheel or a lot of play in the bearings, if so, replace it.
