Which Weight Distribution Hitch?

I’m purchasing a new Kubota tractor and another new 18’ utility trailer and am having a hard time finding the appropriate WD hitch on eTrailer. The loaded trailer will probably come in right at 7k lbs. The problem is that the trailer A-frame tongue is 3” wide and the hitches shown for the 2019 Raptor state they will not work with a width greater than 2.5” . Any suggestions? Thanks


Edit, literature is not clear on either trailer I’m looking at, they state the frame is 5x3 and the tongue is 6” channel but does not state the width. I’ll have to call them....

On the Equalizer hitch I just removed from my car hauler the brackets could accept longer bolts for a wider frame, two halves of the bracket set clamped on.

I haven't pulled the trigger yet on one yet, but a ton of research has led me to believe the Equalizer is the one to get. I posted on some RV forums and it was the overwhelming favorite but that was specific to towing RV's - may be different for a proper trailer. https://www.equalizerhitch.com/
