Yes, fuse relocation is hot, but only pin 1 has power at the fuel pump control module. Not sure if this is correct or not. Tank is still half out so will check power at the pump next.Do you have/using a Power Probe?
Check engine light isn't lit but will scan it anyway.More spit ballin’ here, but do you have any codes or notifications in reference to the Restraint Control Module (RCM) or the SRS, which will cut fuel if it senses a crash? I know long shot.
Zero codes. Going to drop the tank again and check my NEW fuel pump. Possibly I installed a bad one. Last attempt before throwing in the towel. Hate to pay several hundred @Ford when I "should" be able to fix it myself. Jumping the module and not hearing the pump, plus 0 gas on the Guage tells me it's at the tank. But who knows.Check engine light isn't lit but will scan it anyway.
Partially... It means the signal from the FPDM and the BCM is not good. But yes, the fuel pump will run so that eliminates the fuel pump as the problem. So if I were to do this and the fuel pump kicks on, then the new FPDM is bad??
