I thought the number one reason to replace the LCA was to allow for a secondary shock and the other benefits are very minimal after that?

Correct.

Also, The benefit to an aftermarket uca is the adjustability. It allows you to weld the lca mount "slot" solid to prevent wandering alignment issues. Past that it's just for looks.

Bumps, deavers, then 3.0's. That's the best bang for your buck.
Once you start changing lca, spindles, uca, you might as well go with the RPG bolt on mid travel, the rogue stage 4, or the brenthel long travel and reap the benefits of more travel, double shear connections, and more damping capability.

Last night I installed RPG bump kit rear fox 3.0 and national hd springs. @RLTW, @chilli-D and I made a late night run through some really fast fire breaks by my house 60-90 mph and that ass felt planted. It was more comfortable and predictable. I think you should do springs first then bumps then tie rods then 3.0hs!! The ride on the street from my house to work was also much improved also!! I can't wait to get the front uca, lcas and 3.0hs installed.

Yeah, bumps are nice for peace of mind, but nothing feels as good as new springs.

Totally agree all above, leaf alone makes big difference... swapped to Deaver+2 and SVC abs @ 900km, super happy with them!

first off, you need to load it up with all kinds of stereo equipment, then you can get a final weight total and apply shocks and springs as necessary..........

Installed and purchased in Mountain View, California, by a certified Asian.

For what it is worth, I am similar to you, in hauling Government people and Customers around. At the very least they frequently see my truck. It is okay that they see it, but I don't necessarily want them to know how much I spent on it.
I have fuel wheels with Toyo AT's on them, Geiser front springs, and WSI rear springs. That is the extent of my suspension mods. Since I make no bones that it is not a trophy truck, it is sufficient for me. I do occasionally catch some minor air, etc. but am not able to off road nearly as much as I would like. I also have mine Roush'd and they don't know about that unless they know what a Supercharger whine is.
I have everything in my bed covered by a RollX, so that they don't know about the stuff back there.

Just to clarify....so far rear springs seem to be a big hit in the swap department....what is the difference from stock? More leafs, less leafs, arched different etc....

Curious because everyone is saying the ride is better....so is the ride softer or firmer (I suspect firmer if it feels more planted)?

So i'm not an expert on how different springs actually work but have ridden in vehicles on all available springs including icons new springs, and have helped replace stock with aftermarket. The stock springs have fewer leafs and are thicker/stiffer, the aftermarket springs have more leafs and are more plush feeling and stay more planted so that you don't have the jarring impact from the stock spring which cant keep up. The ride quality will vary depending on the type of spring you get, there are standard springs which will ride soft with nothing in the bed, then HD springs which are meant for more load in the bed or for when you expect to tow regularly. HD springs will not be as plush with out the added weight. You can also change the rear height of the truck depending on the type of spring you use.

I got the WSI HD ones and honestly I could not tell that much of a difference. For me, I would have to run a course with stock, replace them and then run the same course again to see if there is a difference.

I got them because I fell victim to the FRF peer pressure.

How much weight are you running in the bed?
