Where exactly are all of the 18 speakers in the B&O unleased system located in the Gen3?

Totally agreed, bought my 23 recently and realized about 10 min into driving home that the B&O is lacking in so many areas. I too want to switch over to 2 way's + subs. If the B&O had a proper equalizer and distribution settings, then maybe it would have a chance. Ultimately 18 speakers is pointless, and the center dash mid is the one that plays most prominently (not matter what setting) - reminds me of F100's from way back with center dash speaker.

There is a dsp update at the dealer suppose to improve the sound drastically, I believe the 24 s have this update , as most 24 owner say the system is much better than the 23s , it’s the same system

When I was a teen I had this Isuzu low rider with the bed cut and two 12" subs in the bed. The head rest was perfect for a 5 1/4" speaker..hahaha. Yeah I did it...it was LOUD as hell. Laugh looking back on it but there was no room in those things!

I have a 24 and i cant hear the roof speakers or the ones in the headrest.. at all

Adjust your fader just forward of center and you should start to hear the headrest speakers. The roof ones, I have no guidance. I have never heard anything come out of them.

From what I hear, Ford cut some costs in the '25s and the headrest and ceiling speakers didn't make the cut. Never heard a peep from those 4 speakers anyways!

they r there for the surround sound, they work but they r not designed for 90db ,they r designed to fill s hole/void. but like i said before the best home systems for music is left and right ,in these trucks u can smoke the stock 18 with a 3 way front or a 2 way front and a sub

In order to get the best sound, make sure the system is set to Surround, not Stereo. Also, your audio source (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.) needs to have the output set to the maximum quality. If using an iPhone you need to set Adobe Atmos to Always in the phone settings.

Since I’ve done all of the above it sounds a lot better. I think people expect amazing sound from SiriusXM or the radio but they don’t broadcast at the highest quality.
