It might have been dislodged from front bumper that cushions the license plate frame against front bumper. Try that please post if it works.

It looks like an incredibly critical part of the truck take it straight to the dealer for reattachment immediately.

It is a bump stop for the glove box on passenger side. One on each side of the G. Box.
