Just got fuel octanes at 18x9 1mm off set, mid perch, and the 35.7" tire. Just touches on the driver side when locked left.

I had mud flaps on the front that I had to take off, but other than that no trouble so far. I'm going to trim about an inch or two off the fender and liner and it should be perfect.

The tires your looking, I say do it! At stock perch it should be fine, but at mid I know you wouldn't have any trouble. Even if you do have to trim, it's going to be pretty minor. I'm guessing mine will take all of about two minutes with a dremel to get done.

ended up getting the 35/12.5/20 cooper discoverer stt's and mbtko wheels with +25 offset and they work perfect..no rubbing..tires are great, hardly any noise from them...
