My insurance has been very good to me. Progressive. The other guys insurance, Farmers, is pulling every stall tactic in the book to try and avoid liability.

He rear-ended you. Stall tactic won't work on that one.

Read up about Farmers and you'll find out that they are one of the worst dirt ball insurance companies in the country. They'll ultimately have to admit liability but know every dirty trick that you could never think of.

I'm not concerned though because Progressive is taking car of me 100% and will be sending Farmers the bill.

Good. Go to a good chiro and get yourself checked out.. These accidents can cause damage to you that doesn't show up until years later. I went to one after a smaller fender bender in my old 330ci and they found that one of my discs had shifted. Got about 10 treatments and another $1800 in my pocket.

Start going to the doctors and talking about back pain. Guarantee farmers will change their tune. I wouldn't settle right now anyway. You could have injuries that don't pop up until a month or two later.

Id still get checked... If something were to have gone wrong and it does show up later on in your life, it would cost you more, since insurance will cover it now. Better safe than sorry IMO. Getting rear ended at 60MPH is no joke.

Wow glad to hear you'r ok. Ya Ford builds on hell of a safe truck I was in a roll over before in a buddys F150 and we all walked away with little to no injures. another friend of mine was rear ended by a Semi on the highway when he was stopped waiting for traffic so he could turn on to the road to his house. His back was pretty messed up but lived and has now made a full recovery.
