Love your avatar! Thought in Canada you folks would have a ton of off-road places to go, no?

Ya we got some good places to run but nothing like what So Cal offers. Plus being able to do a run with a shit load of other Raptors and tour some the vendors would be sweet.

1. 1,407 miles / 19:29
2. A very good plan like TRR. Plenty of Raptors, sponsors, prizes, wheeling for all levels. More Paid Time Off at work ha.
3. Summer/Fall.

1) 2,700 +/- and around 40hrs in current traffic.

2) free enclosed / safe transport of the Raptor from here to there and back! HAHA!!!

3) As long as it doesn't fall on the End of or the First of the Month.

1. How far away from HERE are you? (Use this link to Google maps, click on "get directions," enter your address and tell me:

* How many miles away you are: 2496 miles

* How many hours drive is it: 35 hrs

2. What would it take for you to come to SoCal in your Raptor?
A plan long enough ahead for me to plan the road trip and ensure time off and funds. A camper is probably in the future for this type of trip.
Or free mods :big_banana_Dance:

3. If you were going to come out to SoCal, when / what time of year (month) would be best for you? Late fall or early spring. November, or March-May

2,100 Miles / 30 Hours

I don't mind a long drive if I know the trip will be worth it. TRR was 22 hours and the South Dakota Buffalo Run was 18 hours and I did both non-stop.

However, I also did TRR with a trailer and no co-pilot or convoy and it was a loooooong drive, so I would need to know at least a few of the Chicago Crew/Dirt Mafia would also make the trip for me to attend.

drive to Southern California...

to go off roading on some of the finest trails and washes in the world?

For those of you who've never been able to take your Raptor off roading here in Southern California, I have 3 questions for you...

1. How far away from HERE are you? (Use this link to Google maps, click on "get directions," enter your address and tell me:

* How many miles away you are: 1,972

* How many hours drive is it: 28 Non-Stop

2. What would it take for you to come to SoCal in your Raptor? (other than free gas :signs8: ) Detailed Ride Along Instruction for those of us who know damn well these Raptors are capable to do so much more than we've EVER been able to! - I want to learn how to really DRIVE this machine. I want to take it to the edge of Out of Control and be able to bring it back every time. That's something that has to be taught properly I believe.

3. If you were going to come out to SoCal, when / what time of year (month) would be best for you? Winter - Right after Christmas when everyone would most likely be off. Then we can all celebrate New Year's Eve and have a great (Paid for) party. - Also, places for the family so they can come along and see just what the fuss is all about!

Here ya go...

1. 4 hrs and change.

2. My work schedule co-operating.

3. I live in Barstew area, tons of fun runs around me. Ocotillo is fun, but I also wanna find a fun route to go from Barstow to Vegas that even stock trucks can hang around in. There are tons of sick runs near Irwin that are untouched cause people stop at the OHV area by Del Taco.

Still in the planning phase though.
