This is very disappointing to hear. I was planning on purchasing the full system with cats early next year. Their product video is the best sounding exhaust I’ve heard for these engines.
Would you mind making your own short video of the exhaust allowing the rest of us to hear an honest consumer video?

If you dont have a resonator it will be loud and lots of drone. Also removing resonator can cause loss of torque at low RPM. I'd put the stock resonators back on or get some high flow ones. I went thru this on my 09 Challenger.

Look at the back of the turbo and make sure it actually connects lol

Also should there be a clamp on that cross over? Looks like a slip joint

Send it back and call Keith at Dirty Deeds Industries. I have purchased 2 exhausts from him. He will custom build exactly what you want. Sounds great at full throttle, but quiet on the highway with no drone.

I have a borla resonator I am willing to sell since it made it quieter and I liked my throaty sound the drone is masked by my sound system upgrade lol

The stock exhaust sounds as good as it's going to get. You can spend thousands making it louder and making it different but you can't make it sound good...period. Exhaust mod is the single biggest waste of money in the history of Gen2 Raptor mods. The sun rises in the East and sets in the West and the Gen2 Raptor is a beast that will always sound like a kitten. I'll take the trade off of performance over sound personally.

The full system with the cats second problem is the band on the downpipe is not correct they could not get the skid plate back on the truck because the pipe is hanging below the truck

Oh SHIT! You bought a top flight off-road truck with 12 inches of wheel travel and the ground clearance to match, and that exhaust system is so badly designed that you lost both ground clearance and under-the-truck protection. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE. Forget the resonator. Send that junk back where it came from.

I dunno, ARH is local to me, and literally just saw a Raptor yesterday with their Turbo-Back on it, and it's not loud at all.

Something doesn't seem right about this.

They know their shit over there, and certainly wouldn't build a system that fits as poorly as that crossover pipe does.

Their exhausts are one of the most quiet aftermarket systems out there.
