I've collected some spring rates and lengths for the Gen 1 and Gen 2.

Front Spring Rates: 2010 - 2014
  • OEM 5.4L SuperCab: Approximately 560 lb/in per spring.
  • OEM 6.2L SuperCab: Approximately 594 lb/in per spring.
  • OEM 6.2L SuperCrew: Approximately 640 lb/in per spring.
  • Eibach Has a linear spring rate of approximately 650 lb/in. Engineered to provide a front lift of approximately 2.5 to 3 inches over the factory ride height.
The factory front coil springs for the 2010–2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor have an uncompressed (free) length of approximately 17.5 inches.

Front Spring Rates: 2017 - 2018
  • OEM About 533 lb/in across models.
  • Eibach Pro-Lift Front Springs rated at 583 lb/in, designed to provide an additional 2.5 inches of lift.
The factory front coil springs for the 2017–2018 Ford F-150 Raptor have an uncompressed (free) length of approximately 19.38 inches.

So, now the G2 3.0 Foxes come off so I can remove the SVC coil adjusters (so the bigger Trackmotive axles won't pinch the billet collars when they replace the 148XXX mile original axles),20250323_101523.jpgand going with the OEM 2017 G2 coil spring perch & RPG collars; and mount the original G1 coil springs instead of the longer G2's.

D-side is apart.

Time for aspirin.
Yeah we had to turn the svc adjusters down to clear the axle at droop.

Thanks for sharing. I'm really interested in your custom top hat.

Is this something you have to buy individual parts and piece together or can you buy one in a kit?
Okay I have posted this before butttt, There 3 custom parts , but mostly off the shelf, the 3/8" thick base pad is custom cut. And the top hat has a custom part with a bearing seat that the spring spins as it compress. Same principle as a torsion release bearing like a road car. But sealed for off road. The springs are coaxial with the shaft and The top hats also set the top of the shock inboard by 10mm which gives it a bit more travel because of the motion ratio change and also helps with spring clearance at droop.
