Looking at buying 2014 w/58k miles, seller says needs cats, throwing cat code. What kills the cats with so few miles? Programmer? Sh*t from factory?
Thanks,
Jerry

The one design flaw in both my 2012 3.5 ecoboost & my 2011 6.2L Raptor is that gas filler with no locking cap. Any as shole can easily dump something in your tank and contaminate your gas..... and you wouldn't know it until it's too late.

One of the first things I did to my truck was add a locking gas cap.

Looking to buy my 1st. Saw one has engine lite for cats owner said. 58k seemed premature for cats to go bad from my previous cars.
