Does anyone know where I could find a key that would work with these lugs?

You might try going to your local tire shop. They probably have all of the common keys and could tell you what you need.

The scoring on the rotors says your pads are done, more than likely you need new rotors too.

The key comes with a set or you can purchase the key separately. I only know because a buddy has them on his 4 Runner.
