Forgive me if discussed before but I pulled the right tail lamp and find this. Looks like a grease fitting but nothing is attached

At least the tail light version on the raptor does not, the light housing does not appear to get close to that

It's a zirk fitting for pumping in new blinker fluid.

I'd guess it's a grease fitting for the tailgate motor or something related.
