What Does This Connect To?

Can anyone please tell me if what this connects to (or what it is supposed to connect to)? I bought my ‘first18 Raptor used and I’m not sure if it is an aftermarket part, or stock. The line it is connected to runs underneath the washer fluid reservoir. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should go to the front camera sprayer. It splits from the windshield washer line.

Is this on a prius?

As already said, for the washer system. Does you windshield and camera washer work?
