I just had a new set of KM3's installed at 35k, replacing the original K02's. While I only have a couple hundred miles on them to date, I've not noticed any appreciable noise difference from the K02's.View attachment 311308changed out the wheels from the KM3’s back to a fresh set of k02’s. Highway noise was starting to get to me!
Rotated my tires today which includes cleaning the wheels off the truck, pressure washing the wheel wells and greasing my UCAs... I need new pads stat in the rear, holy shit. LA city driving must be really hard on the rears. I have like 2mm left. Replacing the rotors as well, they are pretty grooved. The front alcons have around 40% left but I'm gonna put new ones in anyway. I see alcon is running a sale or something because the pair were only like $350 for the less dust compound which is currently what I have. This will be my 3rd set of pads for the alcons. Rotors look fine, not touching them. Truck has 52.5k miles.
L.A. is definitely tough on the rears. Especially West Hollywood.
