We did the Squadron Pro Spot and Squadron Pro Wide Cornering on Rob's truck.

The XL80s (going on soon) are Driving/Combo.

Anyone know if the 2019 owner manual is correct on the wire colors for upfitter switches?

I would imagine so. I think the reason for the 2018 differences vs the 2017 trucks was because the 2018 F-150 changed from the 2017 F-150. I'd imagine that since Ford updated the manual for the 2018 trucks (via TSB) that they have it correct for 2019.

That said, a multi-meter will know for sure.

Lighting phase two complete:

Very straightforward with the Raptor-specific harness. Had to spilt out the ground for ~18” to get it to a true ground on the passenger side engine compartment. And not a huge fan of the quick connect splices to tap into the upfitter wire, but it’s working fine... will likelydo a real soldered splice when I finish all the wiring.

Only non-standard touch was drilling a hole for a zip tie in the channel where the lines for the windshield washer jets run. Not strictly necessary, but I didn’t want the loom moving around where there was any potential for it to become entangled in the wiper mechanism:

Will make final aiming adjustments tonight, but overall very, very happy with these lighting mods. Thanks again to Nick at Apollo for the duggestions and great service!

Looks good, Rob! Did you just split the loom to pull the ground to the passenger's fender or did you extend the wiring?

Did 1st oil change at 947 miles with Amsoil synthetic and filter. Installed led license plate bulbs. Emptied jlt catch can, only had a few oz in it in the 800 miles it’s been on. Removed tint off front windows, guy was distracted by my dog and went too dark. Nys law only allows 70% I believe.

Just split the loom...then taped it back up with the ground wire outside the sheath for about 15-18” so I could run it from where the hot wire connects to the upfitter, and thenn around the passenger side firewall over to a grounding point. I considered shortening that part of the loom, but since these may wind up on my son’s Jeep just looped and tucked the excess foot or so behind the fuse box back behind the battery.

I just capped off the secondary hot wire since I don’t intend to run these at 1/2 power...either on at full power or off.

Will get pictures tomorrow when I clean up the wiring a bit more. Still haven’t found an elegant way to route the pigtails coming off the lights to where I plug them in under the hood...really clean runs for the intermediary loom (connects to the pigtails and to the other loom that hooks up to the upfitters and ground), but those little short runs that are actually attached to the light are just awkward.

Short of cutting the rubber trim where it goes up against the windshield, or maybe on the side where it’s at least hidden under the back edge of the hood, I don’t know how to route the wires unless I take the loom itself out from under the plastic covers over the wiper mechanism(s)...which I really don’t want to do.

I’ve tried a couple different routing options, and it looks OK, but will come up with something better mañana and take pics.
