HAHA ! yeah, he’d have loved having that zoysia ripped up in big, wide streaks. It probably would have helped with drainage though

Yeah, we’re way above the average for rainfall. it’s been feast or famine. My grass was brown and dormant for about 2 weeks in the summer and then the skies opened up.
