I never said guns were bad, nor did I mean to imply that. What I meant was that texas has the most relaxed gun laws in the country - yet they still nickel and dime you to run a front plate. I just found it contrarian.
That’s how I understood you.

My half hearted attempt at some humor really brought the snowflakes out. No need to get yer ******* in a bunch. Party on.

If you had made the comment before the recent events at Uvalde, it probably would have been more easily seen as humor. A bit too soon perhaps. There are a ton of people out there right now, who make similar statements with zero humor intended.

As far as the plates go, it's becoming more of a guideline than a rule. I'd say at least 10% of the vehicles, in my area anyway, are running without front plates. Probably will take mine off shortly. Spoke to a cop about and he said he (and others) would only pull you over for it if you pissed them off and they needed an excuse.

On Tuesday drove the Raptor through Great Basin National Park. Park was really formed to encompass the Lehman Cave, but called Great Basin. The only paved road was up a mountain. Go figure. We also did some gravel roads in the park. Wife did the 1-1/2 hour tour of the cave (I don't do caves anymore).

Spent 15 minutes and created a passive cell balancing holder for my 112ah lithium bank. I have more lithium on the way to fill up the space. This is to run my 6,800 watt stereo amplifiers. I took readings from each cell this morning and will repeat tomorrow to see how they are coming along. Should be all the same readings by then.
