Finally got my bed divider finished. Stole the idea from a version I saw on the F150 forum.
In case anyone needs it, the dimensions are 2”x10”x64 7/8. The relief cuts at the bottom are 3” (3” up, and 3” in, cut diagonally)
It’s in there very tight, no wiggle, or wobble.
3-1’ sections of e-track spaced 7 1/2” from the edges and 7” apart. 3” from top of board.
Painted with a cheap can of Rust-Oleum. The cheap board from the Depot was very wet, and I’ve got a little bubbling. If you do this project, spend the extra few dollars and get kiln dried. (I may have to repaint or seal and repaint if it gets sticky.)
