Installed Baja Designs lighting today. Amber wide turning lights, SAE driving lights, and spots. I bit of a PITA to install but damn they look great. The driving lights are super great for night driving.

Boy you ain't kidding on the PITA part. I installed my kit yesterday. Would've been so much easier with a lift, lying out on my driveway underneath trying to get the brackets in the right place and the bolts in was a bitch.

But yeah, once done looks pretty good. I'm super OCD, so was a bit bummed they aren't perfectly symmetrical, but that's life and I need to just get over it. haha

Your setup is gonna be way brighter than mine, for some reason I just can't get into the square-ish looking lights or the multiple small round lights on one housing... I must be old school as I prefer a good old fashioned round light look, so I went with a 10 and 20 degree Vision X and the KC flex lights. Probably the least bright option they have... haha... but hey, at least they're round and won't drive me crazy to look at.

Received a package from Rappy Graphics [emoji3] installed the flag will install the B pillars this weekend. They were pretty wrinkled as you can see from the pic I am assuming this will flatten out when I install.

Question. I have read about installing both dry and wet? I am sure wet is easier. Any tip from those who have installed them are appreciated. This is something I hate doing can’t stand bubbles or not lining up perfectly.

I did mine wet...I also let them sit in the sun for a few minutes and the wrinkles came right out. It was all super easy.

Thank you! Just plain water or a mix of anything?

I always use a few drops of johnsons baby shampoo in a spray bottle for wet applications. Also be sure to wrap your squeegee with a MF towel.

After allowing my initial coat of Ceramic Coating to cure, I decided to take her back for another coat (additional $400 charge, included second coat to all plastic as well). I asked them to keep the truck for 48 hours after applying the second coat and keep under heat lamps, typically, they only cure with head lamps for 24 hours. I figure with this method of taking the truck home and allowing it to cure for a month before applying the second coat, this would help provide better protection. Didn’t notice a difference with the “shine” with the second coat.
