I have the FP version and Foutz diff skid plate under the tree( I hope). Any issues with bolt torque. What did you do for a gasket? I have the oil and a new stock cover gasket on the bench. Did the Spicer cover include a gasket?

The spicer cover did include a gasket, but I went with a lubelocker gasket (LLR-F975). As has been shared here, it only goes on one way. If the holes don’t line up, don’t freak out, just flip it over.

bolt torque to 14lb/ft - no issues. I reused the (3) bolts with studs - they were the same length threads on the business end.

It was interesting to see the (mostly) metal gasket that ford used and how much clean-up was needed on the mating surface!

-hope Santa does you right.

Would you mind posting photos in daylight? How is the fit? Also what year Expedition panel?

Can’t believe that’s plug and play. Neat mod.
Yes its plug and play. Same dash, its a perfect fit. Uses all the same hardware and fasteners. The years that work I believe are 19-21. There's only one button that doesn't respond but it's part of the rear ac controls. However you do have all the same controls from the oem part. If you search make sure you pay close attention. Some panels (XLT) don't have the cooled seats. Requested pic attached.

Some slight changes.
Expedition Radio/AC panel...gained Digital readouts for the temps, heated steering wheel button and a few other things. I also added the custom console lid with wireless charging. https://leatherseats.com/shop/inter...rd-charging-consoles/raptor-charging-console/
Upgraded to two Mosconi's 5/30, Focal KX2's and Helix Ultra DSP and did the highly sought after PRNDM light mod.
is the expedition ac panel a direct swap? what year did it come out of and how much did it run you?

Well you have to transfer the top buttons, hazards, camera, and auto start stop. They come out of 19-21, make sure you get one with the cooled/heated seats since you can find XLT ones with the heated option only. Depending on the condition they go anywhere between $280-450. The first one I got had a few blemishes and I returned it. So make sure you get one with a 30 day return. I think it gives our trucks nicer feel inside. The digital read outs are a plus as well. Not even all Gen 3 owners get those now. Since I have an aftermarket stereo system. I like the hard buttons to the EQ, mute, ability to shut screen off and the heated steering wheel. Oh and fan speed is also illuminated. See link below.
