Loaded up some hand tools and a few other items. Driving over to do the Canaan Loop, a 14 mile trail in Canaan Valley/ Blackwater Falls area of WV.
It’s no where near as cool as Baja, but it’s what I got to work with. So much for polishing out the trail pin stripping last weekend. The wife says she can be ready by 8:30, we’ll see. I’ll be up at my normal 4:20 AM when the ole bladder says it’s time to get up.A select few of you know what I’m talking about and the rest of you will know soon enough. There’s another nearby trail that’s not too bad for most of it,but the road is washed out in the middle section. Since we’ll be alone, I’ll probably forgo trying the washout, unless another vehicle is in the area.
Has anyone done an e locker on their Raptor? I’d love to have a front locker. WV is devoid of sand, but mud and rocks we got plenty of.

Got the rack installed. Stripped out one bed bolt but finally had my first successful ez out ever. Badlands jack fits great in the Barnes 4wd mount.

We live in the Eastern Panhandle right now, just north of Winchester ,Va.
Went over the Davis/ Thomas Blackwater Falls area today. Lots of exploring to be done over that way. It’s the overlanding Mecca in WV now. Tons of back road trails.
