It does look kinda high - almost like the tires are 33's or something. Doesn't look like any sort of readylift though from what I can see, maybe the rear has bigger blocks and the front has 2" collars?

I looked at the picture of the tires and I cannot make out the size, but I'd assume they were 35s... but that shot of it head on looks wonky.

Changed my gender neutral shift juice and filter today. Transfer case is tomorrow.
Did you do it on the ground or do you have a lift? I'm trying to decide if I can tackle this on 4 jackstands in muh driveway vs having the idiots at the dealer do it...

I did it laying on my back in the garage. Was pretty easy. Drop the cooler lines out of the way and then easy the pan down and out. Took about 2-2¹/2 hours total. Didnt have to un bolt the trans mount and lift up so that made it much easier. I use tin foil up and over the down pipe and around the back of the tranny pan. Then pull the bolts from the pan from the back to the front. Letting the pan down in the back with the tin foil splash guard. This will help control the fluid. You can form it a bit to make it go in the catch pan. I barely got any on my packing blanket I use to lay on.
And didn't take a single tire off so no jack stands required

So you didn't pre drain any fluid before you dropped the pan? Your truck looks taller than mine, you on 37's? Plus I'm fat :p

That is the correct design. Very short oem hoses and mounted on engine so the heat will evaporate the condensation. I’ll order one asap. Thanks for posting!

My jlt one was ok, but the tubing was exorbitantly long, wasnt a huge fan of the mounting to the battery box, and it was pretty high up. Only plus of it was easy changing.

This pretty much like you said, it mounts via tabs and it doesnt "lock" in per say but its pretty snug, may move up and down on jumps but the tubing and the stuff above prevent it from moving too much.

Also seems to hold quite a bit more, and its nice having that oem look.
