What made you decide to go with the limit straps?

Today I took the gas tank skid plate off and drilled few holes in it. I back into my driveway which has a small incline. So water sits in the plastic skid plate as all the factory holes are in the rear. From the design it looks like it is designed to drain when on flat ground or nose up. All the factory holes are 1/2" so did the same. I even cleaned up the factory holes to make it easier for water/sand to drain. Only 4 nuts to remove.

So while under the truck today I noticed some rusty looking areas. Not near as much as on my 2017 or 2020. Also the aluminum pieces were bit corroded looking. Hit all of the rusty areas and all of the frame with Rustoleum Rust Reformer. To me the flat black looks better anyway....then next will hit all metal parts with Amsoil MPHD which worked well on my previous Raptors. Also took off the one aluminum plate in the picture...wire brushed it and covered with Rustoleum bed liner. Came out real good. Four quick bolts. Almost ready for beach run..

What made you decide to go with the limit straps?

Added preload to the bypass Foxes I had installed. Did not want them topping out more than needed.

Sorry I am no professional photographer, but I did this about a month ago. Figured I'd throw it up here. I needed a big light bar and it looks better. Had a 18 raptor with the same setup so I reused the 3 light bars
