had a buddy at my ford dealer that did it for me so not sure sorry.

Removed the front bumper. Doing stuff.

Installed Bull Ring tie down anchors, it was easy 5 min install.

I'm guessing you have the DRLs set to 75% or 100%? They're crazy bright. Hell even mine at 50% are crazy bright.
