So I was rotating my tires and as usual I do an inspection of everything while I have it up and discovered this new scoring on the front driveshaft. There was a O2 sensor wire hanging a little low but it had zero rub spots on it and I couldn’t pull it down enough to touch the driveshaft. However I did have a lot of snow and ice packed up in there last week on my 1900 mile trek and was wondering if ice may have caused it. Just to be safe I put it zip tie on the wiring to raise it up and will check on it in another 5000 miles. IMG_4904.jpegIMG_4902.jpegIMG_4903.jpeg

So does anybody think that ice could cause this?
