yeah, well if my truck wasnt a fossilholic i would take it out. had to take the wifes subaru outback to home depot. the 8ft 2x4s just barely fit in there

Yeah it was like 3.50ish the other day, drove by the same station and it was like 3.37. not as big of a spread, but not the upward trend a lot of people have been seeing.

Picked up a differential overhaul kit to help my uncle with his F150 refresh (he's got like 230k on his truck) as well, but I noticed that they had both Timken and Koyo bearings in the kit and I swore when I picked up the same brand (Yukon) kit and they were all Timken. Both are quality, I just don't usually see two different brands in a kit like this.

Also pulling the driveshaft on my truck to redo the ujoints and grease the slip yolk (its not *****, get your mind out of the Gutter @Bozz) since I should have a shorter day at work tmrw.

Then I should have my refresh just about done, except for plugs and coolant which I'll have the dealer do at the next oil change... or maybe the one after since that will be 100k on the dot.

Can anyone recommended a good engine shampoo that won't do any damage and doesn't required scrubbing?

Look into dry ice blasting

Got around to putting a graphic on my hood...before and after photos. I'm not big into graphics, but I like this one and have wanted it for a while. I really like my truck.

Nice truck! I'm not a fan of the white hood vents, they blend in to well on the hood, but hey that's just me.

I may get around to putting vinyl on those as well. If I can find a set that aren't dang carbon fiber. BTW, this graphic came from Benini Design Studio on eBay. I was very happy with the finish and overall appearance.

Have them painted or get OEM ones. That white will show no matter what you do haha
