Can 2 guys lift the bed off and flip it upside down or do you need 4 guys, I'm taking mine off next spring, curious how much it weighs.

You can. There was 3 of us that did it, made it easier.

So it appears that water was getting between the rear cross brace and the bed. If you look close you can see the edge of the cross brace right at the top of my cut.

My truck was undercoated from new, but looks like they missed some spots right along that cross brace.

The other real shinny metal we think was contaminated while the bed liner was being sprayed in by water or sweat, and caused cracking in the liner ...

Does it use a nutsert on the tailgate? I tried the DeeZee one and it kept ripping out when off-roading that I ended up just taking it off.

yeah it uses a nut insert like the Dezee one. I hope I don’t have the same problem too

Was finishing washing off the last of the mud from WV and decided to look over the front end while I had some time. Lower ball joints have a bit of play in them, so looks like the next round of maintenance will include those.

Drained and refilled the front differential today. I do it every year, because I find water adulteration every year. The breather hose is properly attached, so I am at a loss as to how water moisture gets into the front axle system. Does anyone have any wisdom on this, please?
