Spent several hours on Saturday giving the truck a thorough cleaning. ONR wash then applied Adam's VRT to the Line-X and running boards. Loved the results.

You can finally see the hood wrap I had installed, purchased from Designs N Signs. Also did a small strip of matte black down between the grill and bumper.

Had the opportunity to get a new battery today. Pulled in the driveway, turned it off and the alarm (viper) went off. Message said to start the vehicle to reset alarm. When I tried to start it, nothing but a chattering relay under the hood. Oh well. AAA to the rescue.

There were no warning signs at all. 2011, 56k miles.

Classic find! I like the kit. Just watch, that brake pedal is a bit more slick with wet boots.

Just the standard old lead acid. Forget exact description, but it is a size "65". Just the AAA product.

Sorry I forgot to say I got the electric one. DC I think. Gettin old!!! n slow!!!!

Looks like I will be in the market for a new battery soon since I'm at 52k. Thinking an Optima or Diehard..
