Swapped out the tailpipe to replace the cut off one for off-roading since my next outing most likely won't be until October. Meanwhile it appears that I am going to spend some time working with light vendors on hopefully warranty work. I have four lights with the same problem.

"We all live in a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine...." Yours is the first time I've heard of the real thing...Rigid...having problems. My guess is that they will send you replacements!

I had my headlights replaced under warranty. Whelens are fine but you can take off the lens without voiding warranty. Rear rigids and blackhawk X2 are fine too

Put two guys with putty knives under the truck and got all the dried mud removed. Skid plates come off tomorrow for cleaning. Changed the oil (finally). Removed the bed cover and washed the 50 lbs. of mud and dust out of the bed. Reinstalled the bed side covers (the ones without bed rack holes). Vacuumed and cleaned the interior (Texas sand and dirt was everywhere). Ordered 5 new BFG T/A Ko2's for installation Friday.

Like the wheels. I loved my Roush exhaust but it is not offroad friendly for technical trails. Mine lives at 11,000 feet.
