SVC Bumper really rusting from all the rubbing. Sanded and painted with small brush (looks ******) and put on some 3M clear strips. Will see at TRR how crappy this idea was or wasn't....

So as some of you already know, the 37" Generals are not going to work on the truck right now, so, I switched back to the 35" BFG's. Thought I'd post a few pics for those of you wondering what the Fiberwerx fenders look like with 35" tires. I kept the 1 1/2" spacers installed as well to give it a little wider stance and see what it would look like with aftermarket wheels if I ever decide to go that route.

Looks good @2014RubyRed, but I must have missed it...why won't the 37's work right now? Anything to do with the fenders?

Also, to all the guys with the JLT oil separator...is this a must do? Does it really work? Might be a stupid question...but would it void warranty when a dealership would see it???
Thanks for any guidance!

Well - the tires were rubbing the UCA's so I put 1 1/2" spacers on them. That set them further out and at partial turn, they were rubbing the fenders hard. At full turn, they were mashing the inner liners. I think getting 3.0 shocks up front and Glassworks fenders will make it possible to use the 37's, but I may stick with a more aggressive 35" tire and keep the gap for offroading.

As far as the JLT filter, it is not necessary, but since I have installed mine it has captured a lot of blow-by oil and gunk. I don't think there is any way the dealer could say it would void the warranty of your truck. May be worth asking your service manager if you are really concerned.
