Front backup sensors...I know it's not color matched but I was going to set the sensors in the bumper, but read somewhere it was a bad idea to install sensors on a metallic part so...doesn't look bad IMO, what do you think ?

and many Thanks to FRF for all the tips, wiring the AUX upfitters behind the glove box was a PITA. Ford should supply a tiny chinese kid with every Raptor to do that kind of job lol !

Finally able to mount the License plate properly on my SVC bumper. Received a box of 24 of what according to @svc is impossible to get without them paying 3 times the normal price flip up brackets.

Which as you can see by my photo is TOTAL ********, and I bet I paid less for the 24 than they do from the distributor that does not have them in stock.

So no more being dicked around by SVC, wish I would have done this two months ago instead of dealing with the lies they were telling me. Yep I paid 3 times the amount, three times the amount of 1 at retail for 24. So I guess they were not lying 100%... :flipthebird:

Silentshooter,

If you feel the need to continue to attempt a public smear campaign about SVC then you are free to do so. We will not engage in your bitterness towards us as 99% of our customers are highly satisfied. When I look back on your transaction with SVC, I truly believe every measure possible has been taken to make you happy to no avail.

You purchased your bumper from one of our dealers in Texas, vs. going straight to us when we where offering the same pricing. We allowed you to use the free shipping coupon at the time even though that was solely for customer who purchased directly from us when we had no obligation to do so. So to be clear, not only did I honor my wholesale discount to the vendor you chose, I picked up the shipping tab to Florida from CA which totaled $400.00. to make your purchase a pleasurable one.

It also shouldn't go unmentioned that we bent over backwards to make sure you had your bumper in time for the Snoball, and you did. We reached out to you via private message offering solutions to your concerns and you chose to never respond.

If I remember correctly from what I was told your primary concerns was the shipping company broke some of the zip tie supports and the license plate flip bracket never made it to you. For what it's worth, those kits were ordered three separate times, through Amazon.com and all three occasions the orders came back 1 week later cancelled because of back order inventory. Those stupid little items have been a nightmare on our end and I will gladly purchase the whole box of them from you in your pic.

Either way, I believe it's best for both parties involved to cut ties. If you have any further complaints call me directly at the shop and I will gladly have an adult discussion with you about your concerns. If you choose not to do so, then I ask that you refrain from any further public comments.

Thanks

Jarrett

Don't know what to tell you, Hennessey uses the Roush R2300 TVS Supercharger now with their own custom tune. So I would say it is no different than anyone else here that has a Roush, so they can chime in if they want. It does shift harder but seems similar to a 5 Star Performance tune. In comparison, yeah I can tell a difference, can definitely get up to 60mph a lot quicker but you would expect that. Would I want one for the money, No not right now as for me its not worth it, IMHO.

Here are all the specs:
VelociRaptor 600 Supercharged Upgrade | 2010 - 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor SVT 6.2L | Hennessey Performance

He knows John personally and let's just say, after all said and done, I don't think he will be doing business again with Hennessey.

Now this is Straight up COMEDY. At no point did you bend over backwards. You only offered to do anything after I called you out on things you NEVER mentioned.

And as far as shipping, it had ZERO to do with me. The Dealer I ordered it from offered it to me priced with free shipping. So do not even come and make it like you did me any favor, you might have done them a favor but that had zero to do with me.

At no point did you come forward and say that the shipments of the bumpers would be delayed, you only did that after the fact that I bought up the fact that you were undercutting your dealer pricing two weeks later and still had not shipped orders previously placed at your higher prices.

Then you shipped but made ZERO mention that it was not including the bracket. So when I received it (Which I actually drove the hour plus to the depot to get it in time for my trip since it would be delivered after I left) I found the shipping damage but only found that the bracket was not included when I went to install my license plate.

Which then you told me that you did not have them but would overnight one to me. This was back at the end of December ( I ordered in November) and then nothing from you, till I again asked for an update on the brackets. Which you then pointed out that since beginning of January you new you were not getting them anytime soon but did not feel the need to actually inform anyone that you did not have any idea when you would have them.

Your response to me was well I could get them at 3 times the price but instead you can wait till the end of February when the should be back in stock at my distributor.

Had you actually been forthcoming from the beginning or actually sent me the update when you new that you were not getting the parts any time soon I would probably not be mad, but since you are way too busy promoting items you don't even sell yet, you are damn right I am calling you out on it.

Did I make a big stink over the fact that you strapped down the bumper to a pallet using cheap 12" zip ties (Instead of using proper straps) that broke and caused the finish to be damaged, Nope.

But you knew I was waiting on the bracket, then when you were informed your order for them was not being filled and was cancelled you did nothing. I contact you about it and once again do nothing but give excuses and pour salt on it saying you could get them but at a price higher than you want to pay.

You might have great customer service when things are going your way but you suck handling issues with your orders. (And from the messages I have gotten from others here and FB it appears I am not the only one that feels this way)

You might want to stop taking orders till you actually can ship people the stuff they already paid for.

Another satisfied Hennessey customer.. lol I knew him many many years ago from friends in the viper scene and everyone of them that had dealings with him were just satisfied to be done with him and never having to deal with him again.
But I think he is a good reason why Heffner Performance is as big as they are now, he had everyone going to them to fix what he screwed up.

Perhaps the SVC dispute should be moved to the vendor feedback section with a negative review? It is entertaining though.

Perhaps I should mention how I purchased from WSI the actuator arm for a whooping $650 because it was part of the rack when I can get the exact same one (same brand from same company for $120 shipped). WSI would not do an advanced replacement when it failed (lights will flop around without it) and basically told me to pound sand. So like you, I just purchased another one myself. So to say that SVC might markup some items and that is so terrible, so do other places, big deal its the raptor tax world we live in. I will be doing a complete WSI negative review later in the proper thread.

For the record, I had ups and downs with SVC myself but in the end I thought of any vendor here, their customer service when those problems happened was top notch! I would be honored to do business with them in the future.

I ordered an ADD front and rear bumpers with lights back in November and I still don't have it......
They sent the wrong ones and you would think the corrected ones would be rushed due to their mistake, nope....
