What did u do to your raptor today?

Began the Dissasembly of the Front suspension, and found out the Left front Fox shock was leaking. Wonder Why I felt the ride a little harsher since some days ago.

Will be Installing these tomorrow.

Be sure to spray very light coats. I was impatient and put it on a little heavy and got runs. Fixed it by using 400 grit before I clear coated. Turned out nice.

What did you use to get the third brake LED's covered so they ended up clear? I figured a small circular sticker maybe but not sure where I can get them so thought I would ask so I'm not driving all over. It looks really good. How many coats? Any prep before the first coat?

Sticker day. I found out that I HATE applying vinyl. I like stickers so much better. The windex trick works like shit on Vinyl or I just don't know the tricks of the trade. Mine look amateur so one day I will have someone redo it.

I found some round stickers laying in a junk drawer, don't know why we had them or where they came from, but I'm sure you could easily cut some tape into a round shape. Just trace something round to the desired size and cut carefully. Only prep I did was cleaned it with soap and water and made sure it was 100% dry. I think I used 3 coats, but like I said, I put my 1st coat on too heavy. I waited a 1/2 hour between coats and 24 hours before I clear coated. Just use lite even coats until you get the shade you like. A couple layers of clear coat and your done.

Thank you sir, I'm going to give this a try soon. I will hit up a craft store or something and just get some stickers. Looking to have a perfect circle and my skills at cutting a circle I know would suck.
