I don't want to be a negative nancy or stir the pot, I really really appreciate how fast you respond and have the willingness to assist with service, it's awesome!! However.. Would you agree that you should also hear about the negative experiences at dealers to be dealt with?
Again I appreciate you rewarding the dealerships that do a good job but unfortunately it's the negative experience that drives us crazy and leaves us looking else where. I personally hate the dealer I bought my truck from and feel they're greasy when selling a veh and still owe me a set of wheels in my opinion, they replaced 4 of the 8 they ruined.
Then I went to another who have been great (so far) but they don't sell svt so I had no choice.
There's reasons we (most) don't trust dealers for service especially. I really don't want to bash. I can't say enough about your service on this site but again in fairness I feel the horrible service should be addressed as much or more. The winners deserve praise, the lesser deserve to be addressed to step it up as it gives everyone a bad name.
Prime example is silent shooter, he left, surely pissed with ford and it's bs locations until he took a chance and stopped somewhere else, most would have returned the next day with frustration and told all their friends what ******** the dealer was.
Just my opinion, but who am I lol, thanks for listening.
