Any experience with the 40" light bar mounted behind the grille? Does the placement cut light output?

Yes it does, a few guys that have it said it cuts the light by about 50% when you mount it behind the grill

That's what I thought. Prolly not worth the cost to mount it like that. Thanks for the input.

Got TSB 14-0100 taken care of.

I called it a grinding noise during downshift.

Ford calls it a "squawk type noise from transmission on 5-3 downshift".

9-10 ml of Motorcraft 6R ATF additive later, noise is gone.

Welded on some support gussets for my tire rack and repositioned the hi lift mounts

Just got home, arrived today. Guess I know what I am going to be playing with tonight.

Got it installed now too. And updated my signature mod list.
Guess gotta run around for 5-10 drive cycles or 100+ miles.
Does shift harder on WOT, only thing I noticed in the last 12 miles.
