Why did I do what? Buy a gas can I can put the the back of my truck without leaking? Or buy a lime green one? so I knew which one was mine in the garage and so I had something to carry fuel in. Better than the ugly yellow white or boring ol red. Gotta mix it up every now and then.

I think i will go with the second part. thought I was missing something like get the green one in support of someone or something. like maybe national hotdog day. and yes that is a real day.

I have a boring red one. Fuel Cans : Gas Pack : Gasoline Containers : RotopaX.com

I am pretty sure the race cans are not DOT legal for transporting fuel. You would have to check with local regulations on if green is allowed. I know some places state it has to be a red can, others say it has to have at least a red band/cap or filler. I think ATSM is the standards that say it is to be a red container.

Not a bad looking tire, but not a fan of the decreased speed rating. Can't someone release one with a T or U rating at least. Hell I have driven 200 miles with an average speed of 95mph on my truck with the CC set most of the way. Rather not be running on the ratings edge for long periods. A tire disintegrating at 90+ MPH would suck

Agreed about tire disintegration at high speed, but I don't drive like that. I think it might be bad for my health. I canvassed the marketplace, reading reviews, surveys, and ratings on most brands/tires that will fit the Raptor's factory wheels. It came down to the Goodyear Duratrac and the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R + Kevlar, and the Duratrac's reviews and the Goodyear ratings indicated clearly that the Duratrac was considerably better for my purposes. The salesman at Goodyear, an avid off-roader himself, agreed.

On the drive home from the Goodyear store I was surprised at how quiet they were, and I am pretty sure that my impression of rolling resistance being lower wasn't fictional or hopeful. Impressive tire.

FYI, Goodyear is offering a $60 rebate on a set of 4 Duratracs through 31 July.
