Being debt free is overrated when it comes to debt that makes you money. This isn't about CC debt or other wasteful debt.

A house is definitely a debt that ultimately should net you being better off than when you started.

"but the interest!" you say, but unless you're financed over 7 percent it is almost always better to put that money into the market.

Thats not to say you shouldn't round up your mortgage payment to take away some amount of the interest (I round up to the nearest 100).
I'm living on a pension provided by funds that are managed by idiots and politicians. The expression "a chimp with a machine gun" comes to mind. When they inevitably f up and ruin it, I'll need to be debt free and living inexpensively. That's one reason I already have a paid off PV system and free power. Worst case, they go bankrupt tomorrow and I've got a couple years before I'm sharing the Alpo with the dogs.

Just a thought.......

Did anyone every see Kwai Chang Caine with a girl???
Funny story. The kid who played "young" Kwai Chang Caine was a child actor named Tim Fong, who later grew up and became a building inspector in Los Angeles. I knew him as a nutty guy with a slightly creepy fascination with video games and tanning beds, as well as being so far beyond frugal that he used to put duct tape on his boots to avoid buying new ones, and would keep jumper cables in his desk and follow other inspectors to the parking lot to jump start his car and delay buying a new battery. He also had the department record for burning through sick time, inexplicably being "sick" every Thursday when already working a 4 day week.

Well normally when you get a new part put on the vehicle is supposed to feel better correct?

Rotors and pads were put on.

-Now i feel like my tires are out of balance (the steering wheel shakes left and right)

-they still squeak(new and has been rainy so maybe why)

-heard some scraping noise under harder braking and on a right turn. (Possible sticking?)

Ughh
