Wiggled in the new trans cooler lines. (This is BIG fun). Per FTM's advice I pulled 2 diff bolts off to allow the P side to droop out a little. Still ended up removing the ac compressor (since it's not plumbed yet) to get the lines in without bending them. On his video he's using a 2 post lift so he can drop the trans end of the lines all the way to the ground to avoid bending them. My lift gets the frame 26" off the ground; its almost high enough but not quite. :(

I took the Raptor on a small road trip to Tulsa, Ok, about 2 1/2 hours each way, mostly turnpike 75-80 speed limit. This was perfect for testing the KM3's on the highway and I had a full tank of 91 treated with fuel system cleaner that I needed to burn through. I made a few hard pulls during the trip and the Raptor performed well and rode smooth to ___. No complaints from the wife and sister that rode along so I guess it's good to go.

I have long wanted to have a place in my truck to put my phone, but commercially available cupholder phone holders claim a cupholder and air vent phone holders block air vents. Neither solution interested me. I didn't want something suction cupped to the windshield, either.

So this weekend I finally got around to making my own. It starts with an empty dog food can, a couple pieces of cheap steel, a couple rivets, a cheap $10 vent-type phone holder from Auto Zone, and some Gorilla Tape for cosmetic purposes. Total cost = about $15. Here is the final product:
