When you installed the diff cover, did you use the gasket that came with it ? When I installed mine, I opted to run that one aswell. Looking back I wish I would have put a lube blocker on gasket instead …I backed over a huge piece of concrete today and decided to look underneath (I didn’t hit the concrete) but I found my rear end leaking. Well at least I already have an appointment for the misfire so I called and added it to the list.

I didn’t install it. It was already done when I bought my truck. I was under the truck about 12 days ago and didn’t see any leaks. Two days ago I had to lock and the differential to get out of the yard. It was wet and muddy and then yesterday I had to lock it in and then I had to lock it into 4H just to get out of the yard and I noticed something wasn’t right, so I backed back in and saw this mess.When you installed the diff cover, did you use the gasket that came with it ?
