Finally got the old radiator out. It's definitely a 2-man job to wiggle it out. BTW, you have to pull the condenser bracket UP about 1.5" before you can pry the radiator tank apart from it, and only then can you separate the radiator body from the plastic condenser bracket. And that's after removing the shroud, 6-7 plugs, both the power steering and the transmission cooler hoses, and the fuse box bracket. Thanks again to Ford engineers for using exclusively only black parts on everything, so it's twice as difficult to figure out how to take it apart.
