Ordered the drivers seat side trim, all three pieces (main, seat belt cover and switch panel). I guess the PO mangled and broke all the clips/connectors and I finally noticed it, it was all loose as hell.

I also changed my wife’s rear brakes on her expedition last night, used the rotors and the sun today to try and flatten out my new bed mat, it’s still rolled up in the front end a little.
One of your hot summer days will flatten out that bed mat in no time!

From day one, my plastic grill sounded creaky as hell whenever I opened it. My hood struts made noise, but some lube silenced that. However, I found that the grill support, on both sides, was contacting the plastic grill. There’s a 10mm adjustable bolt (pictured) that you can loosen, and push that grill
support slightly away and re-tighten it. It’s still a ****** plastic grill, but no more squeak!!2BA39EDD-7C79-4A93-AA7F-DF305B661D8C.jpeg

I literally just replaced these in my 2012 today! Small world. I had originally ordered the wrong piece for a SCAB so I'm working to return that now. If I can't get my money back I might just post it in the "pay it forward" thread.
I also replaced the passenger side cold air charge tube and driver's side IWE on the 15 Expedition, changed the oil and all rear sway bar bushings, and fuel filter on the mustang... Even went shopping with the wife. Screw the super bowl... Bunch of American hating commies anyway. I have more important crap to do in the shop.

I was suprised by how inexpensive the parts were! The same trim panel on my wife’s expo cost me damn near 200

Ran a couple hundred miles of trails near Oscoda, MI. Truck performed flawlessly except for a few IWE clunks when engaging 4WD. It kept up with the newer rigs for the most part but I had to back off through a few sections of whoops.

We spent some time yesterday riding trails at Camp Grayling, heard jets overhead and joked that it was another spy balloon being shot down. Read the headlines a few hours later to find that another UFO actually was shot down over Lake Huron, so it may have been related.

It was truly the most fun I've had in a while. If anybody's in the Midwest and looking for chill, family-friendly group runs, Midwest Offroad Expeditions is an awesome organization.

Side note: After seeing three in action this weekend, I'm convinced that I need a Braptor if they ever become available at MSRP.

I got this started a few weeks back and won't get gears done until next month but haven't yet posted it up. 39" BFG KM3, bedsides, and trimmed my old glassworks +2 fronts. Still debating between 4.88 and 5.13 but strongly leaning towards the latter. The front suspension was upgraded again a few months back and I was waiting for springs to settle, now that they are I think I'm going to bring the front down an inch. Another round of brake upgrades may be in order next.trok.jpg

The rest of the new hardware arrived, and the new 12point bolts are now properly shanked. The SDHQ spindle gussets definitely clear the Geiser springs. The brake rotor clears the rod ends and the double shear tabs, but I'm probably going to leave off the oem dust shield and just raw dog it. We've been doing that for decades without issues.
