Sportyworty, sorry of off track this thread but is that a 68 in your photo? I had 2 of them and I would say they were about perfect as far as the shape and lines of the body, great looking car!!

they do make one that keeps the 6.2 box. May have to save up now… darn it i wasn’t going to get one since the ones i saw removed it. Yet again a forum makes me want to spend more money lol
Yes this Injen kit EVO9101 keeps the bottom part of the stock air filter intake box. I went with this kit was because it kept the stock box and had the ram air intake on the top. I didn't reall like any of the systems that had the filter just sitting open in the engine bay. Although other air intake systems had the rubber that sealed up with the hood, I felt like that was just cheap quality and the rubber would eventually degrade and fail.

Ugh what a day to need my glasses adjusted. I, a self proclaimed backwoods country road lover, had to go mall crawling today. Made the most of it by parking next to her older little brother and having a cold drink. It appears to be White Truck day instead of Black Friday.

Bought a matching wheel. What I thought were Method 702’s on my truck were actually Method 313’s. Those are the long discontinued lightweight versions of the now discontinued gloss titanium 702. I was perusing eBay and found a matching wheel, however the listing said it was 5 on 150. Somehow I noticed that the picture looked like a 6 lug, and when I scrolled through, I saw this:

I contacted the seller, and by dumb luck, the wheel was actually a match for my wheels. Lucky ol’ 313…

If you only had a bunch of tire shine on those tires to go along with that Frappuccino at the mall @John M BUNMAN would have really been proud of you! LOL

I feel your pain Brother. Good luck and “happy off-roading thoughts” at the mall.
